Nissan Kicks 2022-2023 ซ่อมแอร์ฟรี จองคิวเลย ประกาศจาก นิสสัน มอเตอร์ ประเทศไทย เรื่องความคืบหน้าเกี่ยวกับการแก้ไขปัญหาของระบบเครื่องปรับอากาศในรถยนต์นิสสัน คิกส์  อี-พาวเวอร์ รุ่นปี 2022 และ 2023 นิสสันขอขอบคุณลูกค้าที่เชื่อมั่นในแบรนด์และผลิตภัณฑ์ของเรา บริษัทฯ มุ่งมั่นสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้าทุกท่าน  บริษัทฯ ขอแจ้งความคืบหน้าเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานแก้ไขปัญหาการทำความเย็นของระบบเครื่องปรับอากาศในรถยนต์นิสสัน คิกส์ อี-พาวเวอร์ให้ท่านทราบดังต่อไปนี้

บริษัทฯ มีนโยบายเรียนเชิญลูกค้าเจ้าของรถให้นำรถยนต์เข้ารับการตรวจสอบและแก้ไข ได้ที่ศูนย์บริการนิสสันทุกแห่งทั่วประเทศ โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น โดยบริษัทฯจะติดต่อลูกค้าเจ้าของรถโดยตรงเพื่อแจ้งรายละเอียดให้ทราบต่อไป

เพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุด กรุณานำรถยนต์เข้ารับการบริการโดยเร็ว ทั้งนี้ กรุณาโทรศัพท์นัดหมายล่วงหน้า กับศูนย์บริการดังมีรายชื่อปรากฏในสมุดรับประกันและการบำรุงรักษา เพื่อให้บริษัทฯ และศูนย์บริการได้จัดเตรียมความพร้อมในการอำนวยความสะดวกและการให้บริการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและรวดเร็ว โดยการตรวจสอบและดำเนินการแก้ไขที่จำเป็น จะใช้เวลาประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมง ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นอยู่กับตารางนัดหมายการบริการของศูนย์บริการแต่ละแห่ง

ในขณะเดียวกัน นิสสันมีความยินดีที่จะแจ้งให้ทราบว่า บริษัท ฯ ได้กลับมาทำการผลิต และส่งมอบรถยนต์นิสสัน คิกส์ อี-พาวเวอร์ตามปกติ บริษัท ฯ ขอขอบคุณลูกค้าทุกท่านที่เข้าใจและมอบความไว้วางใจให้กับเรา

Subject: Follow up communication around the Kicks e-POWER AC cooling

Thank you very much for your confidence in our brand and product. Nissan is committed to the satisfaction of our valued customers. Regarding the measure for KICKS e-POWER air conditioning cooling issue, we’d like to share a few important updates, as follows:

The company has launched a service campaign to invite owners of KICKS e-POWER to take your vehicle to an authorized Nissan dealer for inspection and repair without any cost. Nissan will send a letter to affected customers informing about the service campaign details.

To expedite the process and reduce any inconvenience, customer can contact an authorized Nissan dealer of your choice in advance to schedule an appointment before bringing your vehicle in for service. Please refer to the list of Nissan Dealer contacts on the vehicle’s Warranty and Maintenance Booklet. The inspection or repairing will take approximately 2 hours to complete, depending on the workshop schedule of each dealer.

In the meantime, Nissan is pleased to announce that we have resumed the production and delivery of KICKS e-POWER. We thank our customers for the patience and understanding.
